I wanted a good quality, compact size, wireless speaker phone. Other models I've tried and used looked cool but didn't function well as a speaker phone. "You sound like you're in a tunnel or a hole." The Plantronics - Calisto 600 wireless has lived up to my expectations of Plantronics devices. Excellent!

I purchased the Calisto 620 about a year ago and frequently use it for conference calls on my iPhone. The device is compact, easy to carry and use "in the field", connects quickly, and provides much better call clarity than the speaker on the phone does. On the microphone side, however, some have mentioned that it sounds like people on my end of the call sound far away. I hope a firmware update will solve this issue. Overall, the device performs nicely and does what Plantronics says it will. If you are looking for a portable (on-the-go), nice looking, effective conference call solution, I highly recommend the Calisto 620.

Title says it all. Excellent sound quality output when hooked up to both Microsoft Lync as well as Cisco Jabber on my Mac. Great input duplexing as well. Given the device was simply plug-n-play, I couldnt be happier.

It doesn't work - because it doesn't even show up in the list of devices (Windows 8.1 Enterprise and Toshiba. Oh - and by the way the video setup guide is just a glowing "play" button. I suppose it works aabout as well as the device.
